Founded in 2002, Carla Kleinjohann, Agency for Communication & Sustainable Development is an independent communications firm located in Munich. As a strategic advisor, moderator and facilitator in corporate communications, Carla Kleinjohann works with companies and organisations on sustainability, corporate responsibility and leadership issues. Reorienting corporate culture towards transformation is central to her work. Her goal is to work with people on powerful visions, scenarios and solutions for the future and thus contribute to a shift in awareness.

With more than 20 years of professional experience in renewable energies, Green IT (telecommunications, mobile health, e-procurement), art and culture, she has built up an international network of excellent contacts in industry, science, politics, the social sector, NGOs and representatives of the media. Furthermore, she continues to engage in activities to promote business ethics and corporate sustainability as hands-on practical training in university education.

The indigenous peoples' holistic approach to living is her role model for sustainability and thus for dealing with our planet and its resources respectfully. Since 2008, she has committed herself to the Lakota Indians in the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota, USA, working on identity, trauma and reconciliation.
